I find it hard to believe that anyone who has read the Epic of Gilgamesh could not see the many parallels between it and the Bible. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
Probably a lot. However, they are scared to discard belief in the whole mess because of the Hell Threat.
Enuma Elish would be the next one to read.
A much more interesting creation myth than Genesis.
