Ramadan: Is

she is a very weird creature that loves to cause fitna

Ramadan: Did Shia step on the tail of Mona?

she is an ignorant

did u just refer the word "tail" to another user here, wow ,im really amazed.

didn't u find anything else to say so u choose to demean this user!!

all that bcz she blocked u?im sure ur feeling so strong attacking a female user.

u should respect urself,in order to others respect u

so next time u want to address someone be respectfully and try to avoid world like "TAIL",unless u want others to act like u and refer to u as an "animal".

Bro, Just leave people to say what they want.

All truth will be unveiled one day.

Ramadan: Are Haters of Ali and ALE-MUHAMMAD (as) Wahhabi?

YES they are.

May Allah guide us ALL.

Why do Christians believe in the Trinity, when science and the Bible itself contradict it?

Jesus was a human, right? Science has shown that water can exist at once in 3 different phases: ice, water and vapor. Christians try to use this as scientific justification for the triune god.

But is it correct or not to justify this using this example. In ice, water and vapor; the components of all three phases always remains the same: H20, 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom.

god and holy spirit are made from god's spirit, but the human/son is made from flesh and bones. so the components do not remain the same, hence science just not justify the trinity. humans require to eat and sleep to survive, did jesus never eat or sleep?

--------------------------------------...

Luke 24:39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

24:40 And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.

24:41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?

24:42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.

24:43 And he took it, and did eat before them.

By the way, I don't know anyone who uses "the water analogy" as "scientific proof" of the Holy Trinity.

And where does it ever say that "components" of the Holy Trinity must be the same? Jesus was born of a human woman and lived as a human among us. That was the whole point of his existence on earth. Who says that his being human in some way - and thus made up of different "components" - disqualifies him from being part of the Holy Trinity?

And finally... what, do you have nothing better to do on a Sunday?

boo hoo, stop making things up to make yourself feel more important than you are

Which day is cooler, April 1 or May 20?

Your question is absurd in the extreme.

None of the things you are asking have ANYTHING to do with the dates people are born.

Generally, April 1 will have a cooler temperature than May 20, at least in the Northern Hemisphere...I imagine the other way around in the Southern...and near the Equator...probably little difference.

How about that earth hour worked on saturday night?

it snowed in michigan monday morning.

Yes it was amazing. Where I am it is the coldest spring and winter that it has been in 30 years. We must be winning on global warming! All of these Earth Hours are finally paying off!

I was even reminded Saturday afternoon and still forgot to turn off my lights, etc. Downright pitiful considering that I have very sensitive night vision and suffer constantly from the eye stabs of industrial lighting.

WHY do you do this???????????????????????

Why would a person post and repost the same question 7 times? Reposting what someone ELSE had posted 6 times, and others posted 4 other times, complete with misspellings?

WHAT is spelled with an H.

Yom Kippur (which, btw, was in front of the original poster when they posted the question, so I can only think that they were misspelling it on purpose as an insult to the most Holy day of the year and those who observe it) must be capitalized.

Kippers are pickled herring, typically served for breakfast in Britain.

To answer the question, posted 17 times so poorly:

YOM KIPPUR is the most Holy and Awesome of days in the Jewish calendar It "started" over 5000 years ago, is commanded in the Torah (look up what that is) and consists of a full day of prayer and repentance, asking for forgiveness of Gd, and having done so of all the people that you might have wronged over the past year), promises to try to live a better and more holy life in the next year, asking for a year of health and happiness, asking for the same for loved ones who have passed away (forgiveness, and continued whatever the best is in the afterlife...we don't really define that), fasting, both to afflict the mortal body and to purify it (depending on how you look at it...that too, is up for discussion), and then is finished off, an hour after sundown, with a big meal or Break Fast, often as a community. At ours, everybody brings a dish, and the hosts put out a lot of dairy and pareve food, and if I don't bring the chopped liver, I get lynched! :)

Well argued, and well explained, as always.

<yuk, chopped liver>

I would starve to death in Britain, gotsta (ha ha) have my eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, and biscuits (with a side order of toast).

god knows why

but its annoyin

its probably kids anyway

Poll: Christians, who is your god? Also, specify your belief system (trinitarian, non-trinitarian etc)?

1. Triune god (even though there isnt any mention of this in the Bible. There are also many verses in the various gospels that claim Father > Son)?

2. Only one god/not triune, and that is the son aka Jesus? Or that Jesus is actually the son, father and holy spirit; and that he is the only god (meaning he is the father and son of himself)?

3. Only one god, and that is the father aka Jehovah?

4. You dont know who your god is, and you are clueless (i feel most /almost all Christians fall into this category).

PLEASE DONT GIVE VERY LONG EXPLANATIONS, I HAVE READ THE BIBLE NUMEROUS TIMES.

If you've read the bible it should be clear that the Father, son, and Holy Spirit are one, but 3 distinct beings.

Think of it as 3 computers all connected to each other, each one on seperate parts of the planet and all different shapes and colors but they are also 1 in the same. no matter which one you enter data into, all 3 know about it and all 3 have the same rules and answers. the concept is really quite simple.

3)

Family Holiday celebrations? Should you make it to both family dinners?

So My husband and I meet when I was 17 and he was 19, and every single holiday we have made it to both family celebrations. Our parents live about 25 minutes apart, so it is reasonale to visit both. Well, now we are married, I am 26 my hubby is 29, and my mother-in-law continues to push us to pick every other holiday to celebrate. I just can't imagine not seeing my parents on a holiday and then having something bad happen.

What should we do? And do you think my mother-in-law does not want us there? Whats her deal?

My brother's son and daughter-in-law usually go to both family celebrations - we always time things to allow them enough time with each family

maybe that is your mother-in-law's way of sharing you guys

Thanksgiving you could visit both and then Christmas Eve with one & then Christmas day with the other & then the following year reverse it.

Hope this helps.

How was your day today?

Someone in the hospital almost died but he is ok know how was yours???

Okay. Not too bad, but not good either, thanks for asking.

What should I do for my 16 birthday?

I don't want to host a party really b/c I'm kinda shy. I was kindof thinking i could do something unique and family oriented such as swimming with the dolphins at Seaworld, going hiking, idk... give me some really unique things to do. I want to remember it forever!!

idk....what are you into?

If you like shopping.....do a shopping blowout for the whole day - like go to every mall within 10 miles.

If you like movies, try having the whole family over and just watch your favorite movies, play board games, dance, and just have fun.

You could have a party, and just tell everyone you invite to invite someone - that way it takes the pressure off of you

You could get ur 2 closest friends and your immediate family and go to a sporting event of your favorite sports team.

Now that its nice out you and ur fam can go to an amusement park.

Sorry, theres not much to do - it sjust now getting warmer

Two years ago, I have celebrated my 16th birthday by making a cake and some delicious dishes for my friends & families. It was great birthday for me as I have cooked first time. All were very happy to see my birthday celebrations.

Dear.. if you can do cooking, then you can also go for it..

I think if I plan long enough my hard work pay of so i can have the party of my dreams. also I need ideas on themes and invitations. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't think it's to early just don't decide on theme right away brain storm :)

i think its too early to start thinking of any sort of theme or invitation but you can start saving up

you'll probably change your mind about a theme by then

Is Christianity as confusing and contradictory to you as it is to me?If it isnt, answer the following questions?

1) So there are 3 beings/entities in one godhead, all equally powerful. But are they equally powerful?

(Mark 13:32) oncerning that day or the hour nobody knows, neither the angels in heaven nor the Son, but the Father."

If Jesus was fully human and fully god, he would know about his second advent. But he did not.

--------------------------------------...

3) Jesus isn't God Jehovah is read Psalms 83:18 Jesus is God's first creation, and Mary was impregnated immaculate conception God just planted the seed in her so that Jesus can be human. Jesus was always in heaven as a spirit but to fulfill prophecy and be able to do things a certain way he had to be human.

--------------------------------------...

3) There is no word such as Trinity mentioned in the Bible, yet it is the most fundamental concepts of Christianity. Why? Because if you dont have the concept of Trinity, you still have the son, father and spirit mentioned in the Bible. If they are not equal components of the same godhead, then Christianity becomes a polytheistic religion.

There are numerous other places in the different gospels where the Son seems to be lesser in stature than the Father.

People say that they have to see to believe, but with the Bible you have to believe to see. If you really want to know about the Bible, you must fully put your trust in Christ and ask Him to help you. When He was alive he spoke in parables so only those who actually wanted to know could understand, and the rest did not.

Why do you keep asking these questions under "Christmas?" There is probably a more appropriate category.

Also, you say you are going to ask questions, but then you answer them yourself. Do you want answers, or do you just want to pontificate?

If you are Catholic than you would know, if not! Than go to classes if the Catholic religion interest you this much.

You will be given the proper answers to all your questions.

Does Safeway still sell personalized cakes for Easter?

When I was little we used to go to Safeway, and they would have small cakes in the shape of an easter egg that you could get personalized with your name. Does anyone know if they still do that? Just wondering...

I am sure they do. Give them a call to find out for sure.

Sure, you can order pretty much anything you want if you give them enough notice.

What is your favorite day of the week? Mine is Saturday!?

Actually my favorite day of the week is Wednesday. This is because I was born on that day.

same here! u can sleep in, do whatever you want, dont have to worry about work, etc.....then u have sunday, the depressing day after haha

is Ali God???

why u keep mentioning Ali more than God??? and more than our prophet pbuh?

all shias put Ali word on their breast and mention him more than God??

-----Saint Of Good Luck-----?

Does anyone know the name of the Saint for good luck.

No religious piffle please - and I mean this in the nicest possible way.

There is no Saint of Good luck. Sorry.

There is however, me, Kenny. I'm pretty spiffy.

There is no direct Saint that you would pray to for good luck. Us people of the Christian faith believe that it's God's design, or plan. Could you be more specific for what it is that you're wanting the good luck for?

there are none. Christians dont even believe in Luck.

Saint Joseph.

But his luck is good for homeowners who are selling there home.

I was woundering about this!?

I want to leave my boots and retire them! I was going to paint the American flag with a Marine I knew! The only day you can leave anything on a soldiers grave without it being touched is MEMORIAL DAY! Should I do thisthis way I could honor him from me to him!

do what ever feels right for you! :D

Sure, do what you want..

a good idea, yes
