Why aren

Blacks are supposedly only 13% but are in 90% of the commercials, many have no Whites in them at all. I am talking major TV networks not BET or TV1. I would guess that Mexicans buy things too and probably spend more real money than Blacks, that being earned money not welfare, ETC.
